Preeminent post-production facility is seeking a Finance Manager. This position is a member of the Operations Team. It includes, but is not be limited to the following responsibilities:
QuickBooks billing and application of received client payments.
Purchasing and accounts payable.
Bank deposits and statement reconciliation.
Management reporting.
Payroll and staff record keeping.
Onboarding of new staff and freelancers.
Payroll and A/P .
Expense reimbursement.
Updating PTO records.
Maintaining 401k deposit amounts through Retirement portal
Tracking and filing lease files, corporate files, warranties, Assets and inventory, mailbox, and insurance files.
Production-specific budgeting for field shoots and post-production editing and finishing.
Creating proposals, calculating and converting to Master Agreement with clients.
Creating show price lists.
Create checklists and training manuals.
This team member will also join with colleagues on the operations team to create the hospitality and creature comforts that our valued clients expect
MUST have at least three years entertainment experience.in post-production.
College degree in business administration (accounting or finance) preferred but not required.
