A local production company is seeking to hire an experienced Field Clearance Coordinator that has a producer/problem solver mentality. Must be detail oriented, punctual, highly organized and have a keen sensitivity to various personalities. Must be able to work in a fast pace environment and manage multiple vendors and team members. Most importantly, written and verbal communication is key. You must be an effective communicator.
Individual must have at least 2-3 years of rights and clearance experience. Must be proficient in Excel, Avid, MAC and legal research.
This position requires you to have vast knowledge of clearances including but not limited to licensing, copyright law, trademark law, contracts, permits, product placement, standard releases, and industry practices. The position will begin right away and has an open end date.
