A well-established entertainment company seeks a facilities coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Facilities related
o Coordinate with landlord on office maintenance requests
o Monitor the AC
o Fire floor warden
o Vendor management
o Create shipping labels for assistant (FedEx)
o Onboard new employees (updating directories, setting up keycards)
- AV related
o Client links
o Photoshop tasks
o Record show requests
- Intern Related
o Hire new interns
o Intern paperwork
o Schedule intern lunches / activities
o Assign coverage / runs
o Manage intern concerns / questions
o Edit coverage
- Desk coverage
- Storage Tasks
- Reception lunch coverage

Minimum Experience Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in film or related field.
• At least 1-2 years' experience at a production company
• Proficient in/familiar with Adobe, Vimeo, Photoshop, Discord, IMDB Pro, and social media platforms
• Skilled in the use of standard office equipment (e.g., copiers, business telephone systems, scanners)
