We are staffing Agency looking for a Career Executive / Personal Assistant to a CEO for our client an Entertainment and Management Company. The candidate must be local to Los Angeles area and MUST have prior experience as an Executive / Personal Assistant at an Entertainment Company, this is a MUST. Music Industry Experience is a plus.
Again Applicants must be LOCAL to Los Angeles. This is an in-person role not a remote role.
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
• Managing calendars, including scheduling meetings and event planning
• Preparing and sending daily calendar updates
• Preparing agendas / notes for meetings
• Tracking phone and email correspondence
• Keeping phone logs
• Rolling calls
• Arranging travel and accommodations
• Preparing detailed itineraries
• Staying updated and current on restaurants, events, openings in cities where the CEO will be traveling
• General office and administrative duties
• Mailing packages
• Errand running as needed
• Assisting with the coordination of projects and events, as necessary
• Other duties as assigned
Skills and Requirements:
• Bachelor degree preferred
• Proficient in both MAC and PC computers
• MUST have 5 to 7 years prior experience as an Executive Assistant at an Entertainment Company. MUSIC experience is a PLUS!
• Experience supporting a C-Level Executive is preferred
• Highly organized, strong attention to detail and effective follow through
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• A strong ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Effective problem solver with ability to self-manage
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Ability to roll calls
• Reliable transportation
• Must be willing to work after hours and weekends when needed due to travel schedules and as needed.
