Executive/Personal Assistant for Entertainment Talent/Entrepreneur
General Hours Monday through Friday 9am - 6pm with flex as is needed for either travel/press or filming
Work part remote/part from a home office in Sherman Oaks
Hours might be fluid for evenings or a Saturday
Salary 50K- 80K depending on experience plus stipend towards benefits

A super kind, dynamic entertainment personality who also specializes in variety of businesses inclusive of fashion seeks a highly effective EA/PA. This person will be fashionable, calm, ''grace under pressure'' and always will be thinking of ways to enhance the principal's life. Whether there are ways to create new organizing strategies, filing systems - the general need to make their extraordinarily busy life slightly less chaotic. MUST be team oriented as well as a true self-starter, and family friendly.
The role calls for a highly organized, highly resourceful professional who is able to work flexible hours (some evenings, weekends etc.). Ideal candidate will have a 4 year college degree and 5 + years of experience as a personal/executive assistant or relevant experience. Will always maintain the highest levels of professionalism at all times, and be able to handle a wide range of responsibilities.

Can successfully handle a fast paced environment and keep pace with day to day demands of a principal who has their hands in a variety of businesses/family/shooting schedule
Highly organized; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing critical tasks
Anticipates issues before they happen and plan option based contingencies
Hard working, highly efficient and extremely detail oriented while maintaining accuracy
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word /outlook, Social/Digital media etc - Ability to assist with creating content is a huge bonus!
Superior oral and written communication skills
Strong problem solving skills
Exhibits good judgement when making decisions
Self motivated, possessing a positive ''can-do'' attitude
Knows when and how to be appropriately assertive to get things done
Quick to respond to requests and completely dependable on follow through
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
Versatile professional with a high standard of integrity, able to maintain professionalism and composure in a highly stressful environment. NOT opportunistic!
May involve travel
Always kind, respectful, and assisting with making principal look their best
Key Responsibilities
Calendar management; anticipate calendar risk and plan contingencies with multiple options
Interface with travel planner for flights, hotels transportation
Work with nannies and housekeepers/ house manager and spouse's assistant to ensure that each day is moving seamlessly
Assist with organizing and events
Reservations, appointments, errands, assist with stocking
Clerical duties (answer phones, update contacts, create manuals for home/ and commonly used stores etc)
Manage gift buying
Keep principal on task and schedule
manage a day to day ''To DO'' list and keep updates each day of what has been addressed and what is outstanding
Proactively anticipate Principal's needs
Organize and start projects without being asked knowing that they will be helpful.
