New fully-financed independent film studio and technology platform is hiring an Executive Coordinator to support the company's founders and executives.
Role includes cross-departmental administrative and operations support. Candidates must have strong phone, communication, and organizational skills, including tact and professionalism, strong writing skills, excellent follow-through and client service skills. Ability to work well under pressure, able to multitask, anticipate, and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, start-up environment. This position requires a highly skilled individual who can take initiative while learning on the job. Someone with strong leadership qualities and excellent computer skills needed. You will be responsible for creating materials, implementing best practices, maintaining shared documents, status tracking and more. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a passion for both creative and business components of the digital media and entertainment space. Role includes scheduling, travel, research, project tracking, and general administrative support.
Coordinator position will support several executives. Salary is commensurate with experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Support Operations, Development and Production teams
· Coordinate onboarding of new hires
· Coordinate day-to-day business relationships with third-parties (talent, agencies, lawyers, publicists)
· Coordinate tracking for original projects slate
· Maintain company documents including presentation materials, tracking grids, more
QUALIFICATIONS
· 1.5+ years of operations, studio, network, agency, PR, digital, or production office experience
· Experience working directly for executives as well as with creatives and talent
· Experience and understanding of digital influencer/talent landscape strongly preferred
· Passion for YouTube and digital content a plus
· Proven ability to develop and effectively manage strong working relationships with young, emerging talent
· Strategic and creative thinker able to align department with overall company business goals
· Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication (both written and verbal), and presentation skills
· Unflappable positive attitude, high energy, and impeccable follow-through
· Must be proactive, resourceful and efficient
· Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
