A bi-coastal Theatrical talent agency with offices in Los Angeles and NYC, is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented assistant for its Los Angeles office to support the CEO.
Responsibilities
Administrative support including phone management/rolling calls, calendar management, and travel arrangements.
Accounting support including daily deposits, client invoicing, budget spreadsheets, Quickbook entries, and booking support.
Maintaining client contracts and renewals.
Arranging client gifts/cards for bookings and other celebratory events.
Assisting in social media oversight (Facebook, IG, Twitter).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Positive attitude, highly organized, and driven
Timely and consistent responsiveness
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Proficient in Google Suite
Proficient (or willing to learn) QuickBooks Online
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
