Busy literary management/production company seeks Executive Assistant to support two managers (one lit, one unscripted).
Duties include (but are not limited to) heavy scheduling, rolling calls, phone sheet maintenance, tracking submissions, invoicing, organizing incoming client payments, accounting, reading and evaluating scripts, etc. You should be highly organized and excellent at multitasking, comfortable interfacing with high-level clients, familiar with accounting software and procedures, and passionate about TV. Previous desk experience required.
We are a small but busy office, with plenty of opportunity to be exposed to all aspects of literary management and production. We have clients working on network, cable, and streaming shows, and we produce dozens of films and TV shows every year. We have a low turnover rate as we like to promote from within, so candidates with an interest in management or development are encouraged to apply (previous assistant was promoted to manager.)
Position is currently remote, but applicants should be ready to work from the LA office in the future.
