Executive Assistant to Writer/Director/Producer
We are looking for an amazing Executive Assistant to support a very busy Writer/Director/Producer, who also runs his own company. It would be a mix of Administrative and - depending on skill level - Creative responsibilities.
The office responsibilities of the job would entail: performing numerous Administrative functions (of which, you would be trained), communicating with our accountant to track any and all expense-related matters, constantly updating our Trello database, managing the relationship between the office and the commercial building we work in, communicating with talent reps and keeping the director posted about every piece of information that comes your way, scheduling travel, etc.
The potential creative responsibilities of the job would entail: editing conceptual trailers for various film & TV projects, creating pitch packets for various film & TV projects, and reading and providing feedback on various scripts that come our way.
