Looking for an energetic, intelligent, and HIGHLY ORGANIZED individual who has an incredible understanding of the English language to assist the owner of a boutique entertainment ad agency 2-3 days a week. 8 hrs a day.
Responsibilities:
Oversee project trafficking to ensure timely and accurate workflow
Work with team to develop and manage cost estimates
Draft invoices for executive approval
Work with group to develop realistic timetables
Oversee final proofing of deliverables
Pre-Prep and Scheduling for Experiential
Productions Assist in drafting and building PowerPoint and Key Note Presentations
General Office management including time card reconciliation and office supplies
Running the owner's desk (calls, scheduling, organization, etc.)
Skills: Some Project Management experience
Proficiency in Mac and PC platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software
Knowledge of some Adobe Suite Software - Acrobat, Photoshop, Bridge
Knowledge of QuickBooks extremely beneficial
Ability to build relationships with coworkers and clients
Familiarity with website protocols and digital solutions
Experience/education in entertainment industry is a plus
