Our ideal assistant is organized, smart, motivated, social, loves to read, doesn't take no for an answer, is highly resourceful, and is a curious person with a positive energy and an unruffled demeanor. Must have a desire to learn the business, work with talent and be self-motivating. This position is perfect for someone who wishes to pursue a career in talent management and producing.
