A dynamic Commercial Production company is seeking an experienced executive assistant to work directly for the Executive Producer/CEO. Our office staff, production staff and crew members are a tightly knit group and we pride ourselves on being extremely supportive, flexible, and efficient.
You must have a strong work ethic, possess exceptional organizational skills, be a resourceful problem-solver, be equipped with strong written and verbal communication skills, and be able to effectively interface with Directors, Sales Reps, Agency Personnel and other staff members. This is a fast-paced environment requiring a self-motivated individual who can prioritize, manage, multi-task and be detail-oriented. You will be responsible for administrative duties, including rolling calls, scheduling and coordinating internally and externally. This will involve both domestic and international productions.
Job Requirements: MAC skills: Excel, Word, Photoshop (not required but would be an asset). Great phone skills, great people skills. IT Knowledge of iPhones, MAC's and social media a plus. Agency experience preferred but not required. Discretion and industry experience mandatory.
This is a full-time position. Salary: Competitive - Commensurate with Experience. Benefits include Health Insurance, 401K Plan, Paid Vacation, Paid Parking, Beautiful Office Environment.
