The ideal candidate is a smart, confident, and efficient team player that utilizes resources, maintains high levels of organization, and can handle their work with the utmost confidentiality.
Duties and responsibilities:
•Provide high-level and full-scope administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, managing information requests, and performing office functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and managing calendars
•Coordinate and manage all travel arrangements including flights (both domestic and international), ground transportation, hotels, and detailed itinerary
•Maintain all documentation both with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy
•Manage internal and external appointment and invitation requests and regularly update the calendar
•Assist with projects and contribute to team's projects
•Interact in a friendly and professional manner with team members and external vendors
•Collecting and analyzing information as it relates to the operations of the company and preparing subsequent business materials
•Maintain safety and cleanliness of the work area
•Involvement in full range of production responsibilities
•Perform other duties as assigned (personal assistant and house management duties may be required)
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree required plus 3 years industry related experience
•Ability to multi-task and set priorities in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing needs
•Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally
•Strong project management skills
•Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and decision making skills
•Strong work ethic and ability to take initiative on tasks
•Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, iCloud
•Light bookkeeping experience preferred
