It's required that this assistant be incredibly polished and professional, as they will serve as a gatekeeper for this executive and liaise with high-net-worth clients and VIPs regularly. The perfect EA will have a thick skin, high EQ, keen eye for detail and a knack for anticipating needs. A team-player mentality and a no task too big or too small mindset is best.
The duties of this position will include traditional executive assistant tasks - coordinating travel arrangements, managing calendars, screening a high volume of phone calls, processing expenses, handling correspondence and more.
Please note that a bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience within entertainment is required to be considered for this once in a lifetime opportunity.
