Boutique Marketing Firm seeks full-time Receptionist/Executive Assistant to CEO -
Job requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong writing skills
• Looking for someone hoping to stay longer term and move up within the company, focused on the field of administration.
• Proficient in PowerPoint & Google Suite.
• Create PowerPoint decks for clients and potential clients.
• Support department Managers on their projects.
• Review all promotional and sponsorship contracts.
• Must be able to multi-task with the ability to juggle numerous responsibilities and assess priorities with ease.
• Professional demeanor, as a liaison between the company and the clients.
• Some lifting/packing/carrying of client products.
• Team player! Be willing to chip in when someone needs a hand.
• Right hand to CEO. Responsible for all of their emails, travel arrangements, etc.
• Oversee and run the agency's day-to-day operations. General office duties (answering phones, ordering supplies, etc.)
• Represent and execute client/brand integrations, product placement, and sponsorship.
• Handle clearance contracts directly with marketing teams.
• Handle client event participation.
• Payment collection on outstanding invoices.
• Petty Cash
• Generate quarterly, monthly, and yearly financial reports for clients, and client contract renewals.
• After 90-day review period, full Health Benefits and Dental Benefits as well as a 401k.
