A confidential digital media company is looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join team! This person will support the CEO and COO as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the office and front desk staff.
-Manage and maintain the CEO and COO's calendars and schedule meetings, conferences, and calls.
-Arrange travel for the CEO and COO creating itineraries for both domestic & international travel.
-Act as the liaison between executives and departments/employees.
-Assist with company correspondence (i.e. company-wide emails, process office/employee requests and needs).
-Manage the front desk staff; delegate and assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure maximum productivity of the team.
-Work with external vendors, managing contracts and price negotiations when appropriate.
-Assist with the planning and execution of company-wide events.
-Handle occasional personal assistant duties for the CEO.
-2+ years of executive-level desk experience
-Highly organized and detail-oriented
-Experience scheduling and managing multiple calendars
-Excellent verbal and written communication
-Ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks
-Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
-Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Powerpoint, and Excel
-Extensive knowledge of Google Suite including Google Calendar and Google Docs
-Contribute to the energetic and fun culture of our team, while remaining professional
-Entertainment/Media/Talent Agency experience
-Prior experience working with external vendors and facilities operations
-Prior personnel management experience
