Full Time Job
A NYC artist management company is looking for an personal/executive assistant. The assistant works directly with company president and company's primary artist, while also acting as office manager and receptionist with other full-time employees. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Answering all phone calls with a friendly and professional manner, and directing all calls accordingly
• Create and manage comprehensive daily schedules, including all meetings, appointments, and phone calls
• Coordinate and oversee domestic and international travel arrangements
• Communicate with publicists to schedule all press inquires for primary artist
• Receive and screen all mail sent to the office and PO Box, including demo submissions
• Create, maintain, and approve guest list requests for all performances
• Assist other employees with day-to-day tasks, including marketing and album releases
• Maintain stock of all necessary office supplies
• File all tour contracts and any other tour documentation
Requirements and Qualifications
• Strong communication skills
• Strong administrative and telephone skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be willing & able to assistant executives with personal tasks
• Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information. Possess a high level of discretion and confidentiality
• Dependable, resourceful, and demonstrate strong work ethic.
