A bi-coastal/international commercial production company seeks to fill a full time position supporting an Executive Producer in our West Los Angeles office.
The ideal candidate has worked in some form of entertainment or media production/post-production and has a general understanding of film production, but prior experience in commercial production is not required.
Responsibilities can include:
- Support the EP with day to day facilitation of projects as they progress through the production timeline
- Maintain multiple digital and physical filing/archival systems for project data and creative assets
- Maintain communication with production teams
- Schedule and coordinate conference calls
- Facilitate payments to various vendors and independent contractors
- Other ad hoc projects as requested
Qualifications:
- Have a demonstrated interest OR professional experience in some area kind of film production
- An ability to prioritize and multi-task, staying abreast of multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good facility with macOS, Microsoft Office suite and Google Docs/Sheets
- A bachelor's degree
