A top young female entrepreneur/investor and magazine editor is hiring a part time personal assistant. 15-20 hours a month(flexible).
If you love to help with errands, organization, work tasks, etc and have some operational or assistant experience, I hope it's you! If you love startups and entertainment, are an organization guru and are obsessively detail oriented this is your new gig. This is a flexible role where the work output matters far more than schedule so it's perfect for those pursing other careers. You'll need to stop by my location 1-2x/month but this is a role that can be mainly done on your own time and at your own location.
Tasks will span a wide range but include: mail and dry cleaning pick up, overseeing housekeeper twice a month, running errands, some email help, coordinating public appearances/speaking gigs/writing deadlines, some research on companies and execs, printing and filling out forms for insurance, accountants, lawyers etc, sending presents and thank you notes. This is an amazing opportunity to learn a ton about business from a top exec while flexing your detail obsessive, never miss anything muscles.
