THIS POSITION IS IN MENLO PARK CALIFORNIA
Part Time Job (2-DAYS A WEEK)
Event coordinator needed for a 48-week assignment. Will be working Monday & Tuesday for 48-weeks. If these days do not work, please do not apply as we are only looking for people who can work the entire project.
Will be coordinating weekly productions, full day Monday, half day Tuesdays. Act as liaison between production company and on campus duties with client. Responsible for attendee registrations, check-in and materials distribution. Will support guest speakers, knowledge of audio/visual equipment a plus, professional appearance, able to work in the United States (proper ID required), friendly personality. Able to keep impeccable records and can work inside an assigned budget.
You will be supporting check-in, activities of the day, lunch & coffee breaks and departures. Also, will be distribution materials, supporting key client personnel scheduling and answering basic attendee questions & concerns.
