Primary duties include reviewing and marking up contracts for book options, publishing agreements, producer shopping agreements, option/acquisition agreements for original content, and writer, director and producer deals. The candidate will also enter booking slips and track contract status. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required for this high volume office. Given extensive interactions with clients, lawyers, and studio executives, exceptional interpersonal skills are a must. The ideal candidate will have no less than two years working in the entertainment industry in the applicable arenas.
