Fully Remote Position
This position is responsible for assisting with the facilitation of marketing promotions for label's roster of artists across all areas of the social media & digital landscape. They will be focused on content creation & development, social media storytelling, campaign ideation, strategy, execution, & more. Additionally, they will be responsible for setting goals and managing campaigns in an effort to optimize audience, reach and engagement with an ability for managing and interpreting reports for areas of opportunities through the implementation of social strategies and the maintaining of reporting. Deep knowledge of all aspects of online / social marketing as it pertains to marketing releases, artists, live performances, & more. Candidates must have expertise in all relevant social media platforms; including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Triller, TikTok, etc.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Work hand in hand with digital leads on artist projects to assist
Coordinate and execute digital advertising plans
Assist with influencer marketing tactics, proposal generation, & execution
Work with the commerce team to enhance artist promotional / marketing efforts at the DSPs
Work with production managers to handle delivery and ingestion of content to distributor
Work with production managers to handle delivery and promotion of music videos across various partners to secure exclusive premieres and continue to drive views.
Manage & help update consumer-facing digital spaces at both the label and artist level including websites, social media
Conceptualize and successfully execute social media campaigns to increase fan
engagement & reach
Reports on analytics to measure ROI.
Social media account set-up coordination and maintenance and overall management for label and artists
Create social media assets to support releases
Maintain & optimize label owned & operated properties including Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, official website, & more
Job Requirements:
1 Year of experience working in the Music Industry
2 years of Digital Marketing Experience
Expert level working knowledge of social media platforms referenced above
Organize, prioritize, and execute a wide range of tasks with heavy workloads and tight deadlines
Creativity and willingness to think outside the box
Strong teamwork skills and communication abilities with the ability to write and convey
Marketing plans/efforts to executives and management
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, including adaptability, personal effectiveness, and the ability to establish quick rapport
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including: PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook,Word
Degree qualified or equivalent measures of success
Supporting other digital team members with respective duties
Maintaining a self starter mindset with tasks / responsibilities
Taking initiative & proactive with bringing new opportunities to the table
Meet deadlines for internal initiatives
Develop strategic planning documents
