Major talent agency with offices in New York and Los Angeles is seeking highly motivated individuals to assist in the quickly growing digital media department in the Los Angeles office.
This is an entry-level position, which requires initiative while learning on the job. Strong leadership qualities, excellent phone and communication skills, multi-tasking and versatility are invaluable in this role. A passion for social and digital media is key. Excellent computer skills needed. Seeking a personable, detail oriented and focused candidate who has the ability to work in a fast-paced office. Great opportunity to advance with intensive hands-on experience in the fast-paced digital media arena.
Previous assistant experience REQUIRED. Talent management, casting or agency experience strongly preferred. Ideal candidate should be experienced and well-versed in the world of social media including but not limited to: YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, et al. Having knowledge and understanding of the analytics of these and other platforms is desirable as well.
Interest in becoming a digital media agent is mandatory.
Requirements:
4 -year college degree required.
Excellent written & communication skills with strong attention to detail
Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Professional appearance and presentation
Proficient with PC, MS Office
Must be able to work independently and proactively with little supervision
Strong work ethic and great attitude
Ability to comfortably interact with high profile clients; discretion is a necessary requirement
This is a FULL-TIME JOB.
