Day to Day Artist Manager
Los Angeles, CA
We are currently in search of a full time day to day artist manager for a female musician that is based in Los Angeles.

You are efficient and well versed at working in a fast paced environment
You have a strong attention to detail

You are comfortable and friendly with your co-workers
You love to travel
You have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
You have a current passport
You are preferably already located in the Los Angeles area or are at least very familiar
You are fluent in Spanish (this is a requirement)
You have a love for Latin music and the Latin music world
- Regular Tasks for This Role:
Working closely with the clients full team to ensure the smooth completion of micro and macro goals
Heavy calendar coordination and scheduling throughout all business streams
Be a calendar gatekeeper and general deputy of time, fielding internal and external scheduling requests and providing recommendations that are aligned with executives' and teams' priorities.
Booking all commercial travel
Communicating consistently, clearly and frequently with client as well as other members of the management team
Handling highly confidential and/or sensitive matters with discretion and tact.
Acting as a key point of contact for all third parties, filtering information as necessary to the artist manager and often acting as a central point for third parties to communicate/exchange information- record labels, music publishers, live booking agents, lawyers, accountants, merchandise, touring, brands, PR, producers and agents
Assisting client and the team with completing and delivering promotional requests
Acting as key management representative for client on location when managing director isn't present, including promotional activities, photo shoots, tv shoots and events.
Supporting artist personal requirements where necessary
Liaising with clients stylist and glam team on all styling and glam requirements for shows, promo and events

Skills/Experience/Education
Previous experience working within the music business, preferably mid-level
Practicing emotional intelligence to deploy personalized support
Knowing how to prioritize and multitask against multiple projects and deadlines while having a strong attention to detail and care for the quality of execution
Experience traveling domestically and internationally
Strong Critical Thinking
Adaptable in a variety of situations
Ability to read a room
Fluent in Spanish
