The Role:
This position responsibilities involves day-to-day admin & project management for artists, producers and songwriters. Working directly under COO with emphasis on administrative duties (scheduling, calendar, travel, coordinating, etc) as well as project management (Liaison for new releases, appearances, tour dates, sessions, etc).
Responsibilities:
This person will be working directly with Executive Managers and talent. The ideal candidate must be a strong individual, commanding and able to take charge in various entertainment situations. Excellent communication skills, multi-task efficiency and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, demanding and ever-changing environment is required.Candidates must be willing to be on tour for extended periods of time as well as one-off and special events.
This position will be working with a high profile celebrity so understanding personal and professional boundaries and privacy is a must.
Qualifications:
Candidate having 1-2 years of day to day artist management experience is preferred.
