We are passionate about creating services and providing superior customer support to meet our client's needs through an end-to-end solution that serves to encompass and streamline the entirety of our clients professional life.
Job Description :
Making sure our customers are happy and heard is a priority so we are growing our Customer Support team! We have a small office dedicated to meeting the needs of our East Coast customer base. We have a strong record of responding to clients quickly, accurately and with thorough instruction and information.
Support Team members must be self-motivated and will learn all aspects of the services we provide in order to communicate directly with customers to address service inquiries, resolve bugs, and provide overall guidance with how to navigate our site and services.
The right candidate will contribute creatively and share their perspective for improving customer service and user interface with the team.
Your responsibilities:
Processing information through our proprietary system, often on deadline
Answering emails and phone calls
Staying up to date on new product features and improvements
Replicating and reporting bugs to the development team
Creating knowledge base articles to help our users
Writing copy
Help shape our customer success processes and culture
Serve as an Ambassador for our brand, which would include traveling throughout the US on occasion
Training and troubleshooting with clients
Qualifications :

Ideally you :
Must be self-motivated!
Have a background working with Talent Agencies or Casting Directors, or have specific experience in the film and television industry.
Have great communication skills
Are familiar with web technology and are willing to master our services
Have a keen eye, are detail oriented and take great pride in attention to detail
Have excellent writing skills and thoroughly enjoy writing
Have experience with writing programs (Word, Google Docs, etc.)
Have great problem solving and detective skills
Have an endless supply of patience and empathy
Have a great attitude
Feel excited about working on a small team who share a passion for technology, writing and customer service
Have knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Hootsuite etc.)
Have experience with photo and video editing tools
Are familiar with Slack and Chatlio
Have an exceptional command of the English language (written and oral)
This position is located in New York City. Local candidates preferred.
