A leading creative entertainment advertising agency seeks a Coordinator to the President to join our team. Candidate should be an energetic, reliable self-starter and must be seeking a long-term commitment and be able to thrive in a rapidly evolving, high growth company.
Responsibilities:
• Right hand to busy President
• Manage social media platforms for the company (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan, execute, and coordinate company events
• Work with creative team on new business pitches - take notes, create decks, etc.
• Administrative - calendars, calls, travel, etc. responsibilities for President
• Manage and delegate tasks for meetings, special projects, and external or internal
corporate related events
• Client gifts
• Manage contracts/legal materials
• Update the Company website regularly
• Ad hoc and administrative as needed
• Some personal duties required
Knowledge and Skills:
• At least 1 to 2 years related experience
• College degree required
• Team player attitude
• Works great with all personality types
• Able to work with confidential information and use discretion
• Must be proactive, multi-task, detail oriented, collaborative and work well under pressure
• Ability to perform with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and writing skills
• Mac savvy, strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and experience with Keynote and writing decks for creative presentations
