A leading, creative advertising agency seeks a Coordinator to assist CEO. Candidate should be energetic, reliable, self starter and must be seeking a long-term commitment. Candidate should be able to thrive in a rapidly evolving, high growth company.
Responsibilities:
-Right hand to busy CEO
-Manage social media platforms for the company such as Facebook, Twitter and Linked In
-Plan, execute and coordinate company events
-Work with Creative team on new business pitches by taking notes, creating decks etc.
-Handle all administrative needs of CEO including calendar, calls and travel
-Manage and delegate tasks for meetings, special projects and internal/external corporate related events
-Handle and manage client gifts
-Manage contracts and legal materials
-Update the company website
-Variety of personal duties
Requirements:
-Minimum 1-year of administrative/executive assistant experience experience required
-Undergraduate degree required
-Must have experience with Keynote and writing decks for creative presentations
-Must be Mac savvy and have strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook experience
-Team player attitude
-Ability to work with all types of personalities
-Ability to work with confidential information and use discretion
-Must be proactive, detail oriented, collaborative and have the ability to work well under pressure
-Ability to perform well with minimum supervision
-Strong organizational and writing skills
