This position will provide administrative support to Content Executives.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for Content Executives. Answer phones, manage calendars, coordinate travel, schedule meetings and events, process expense reports, interact with a wide range of Executives both internally and externally, and other essential functions.
Project coordination - create systems to track dozens of projects using organizational tools.
Research audience consumption trends and identify content ''bright spots'' across a wide range of platforms.
Develop presentation materials using Keynote and Microsoft office.
Requirements:
BA/BS degree.
Minimum one-two years of entertainment experience at an agency, production company, studio or network.
Self-starter with great organization skills and a high degree of curiosity.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in relevant computer skills (MS Office, Apple iwork, etc...) and affinity for learning news apps and workflow efficiency tools.
Friendly and respectful demeanor.
Professional communication skills both written and verbal.
Very strong attention to detail.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete numerous tasks on deadline
