We are a rapidly growing software company looking to hire a full-time Business Development Representative.
The Business Development Representative will procure and maintain new accounts. The qualified candidate must be a self-starter and have the ability to establish unique resources to create and pursue leads. Account requests are received electronically and will need to be set up in a database and then sent login credentials. Upon successful account creation the representative must then design a follow through system that will increase user engagement via workflow emails, auto responders, direct call campaigns. The position also requires strategies that will encourage current users to engage their account.
Knowledge of the following is required:
- Mac OSX
- Google Docs
- Microsoft suite
- Knowledge of e-marketing suites such as OutMarket, Vocus, Mail Chimp, iContact and Outreach
- Intermediate Excel file management.

The Business Development Representative position involves supporting high demand clients. Business Development Representative must be quick on his/her feet to come up with solutions quickly.
Experience in the production industry a plus but not required.
