If you are someone you know who are passionate about seeing more Asian Talents in entertainment and bilingual who can speak Mandarin, Korean, Japanese and Vietnamese is a huge plus, come thrive in a fun dynamic environment working with fortune 500 companies and brands worldwide.
As a full-time Talent Agency Assistant, trainees work exclusively to support their agent with an assigned roster of talents and are exposed to client service procedures. You will learn a wide spectrum of talent agency business practices and are given hands-on training to become successful Agents in Commercial, Print, TV and Film as well as in all form of media and entertainment.
Over the course of the program, a trainee will typically work in various levels assisting different department. Trainees can expect to thrive in a family and team-oriented work environment where you may excel through hard work and determination. U.S. based candidates who complete the training program will be evaluated to be promoted with salary review after probation period.
Job details are as follow:
- Assist with pitches and submissions on various casting platforms
- Sending out audition notices, confirming or replacing talents
- Updating photos, resume and managing client's profiles
- Assist with whatever else that is needed to support Senior Management
- Recruit and outreach for more Asian Talents as needed
(2) Minimum Requirements:
- Full Time, 40 hours a week, minimum 2 days in the office, the rest can work remotely as needed upon arrival
- 4 year College Degree or Recent Graduate from a Film or Entertainment Center
- 2 years experience in Talent Management or Entertainment Industry
- Excellent communication, leadership qualities and event planning skills
- If you can speak Mandarin, Korean or Japanese is a huge plus
- Must be able to multitask, work well under pressure, problem solve in complex situations
Entry Level Salary During Training, Salary Negotiable + Commission (depending on experience)
