An established Talent Management Company is looking to grow our Below The Line Department by adding an experienced Below The Line Manager in a Commission-Only (with generous splits) position. Do not apply if Commission-Only does not work for you.
We currently rep a renowned Visual FX Supervisor who works constantly in Studio Features, Netflix Features, and Sundance Features. We rep very well-credited Line Producers, Production Designers, Costume Designers etc.
This is a position that you could apply to if you have worked as a BTL Agent, BTL Manager, or Assistant or other supportive function in a BTL department for at least a year. Please do not apply if you have no BTL experience!
We are seeking a Manager to be the Below The Line Department Head. We need someone to head up this department for us, as we desire the department to expand.
You will work on behalf of our current clients, any clients you bring with you, and any clients you bring in while you are with the company to grow and develop our Below the Line Department.
Up until recently we have primarily been a Talent Management Company focusing on Actors. We rep known Celebrities, Multiple Series Regular Actors, Studio Feature Actors, etc. We are a small but successful company with great ambitions to grow.
Our plan is to bring you in with a generous commission split, provide you with excellent, money-making clients, and work together with you to grow you with the company. You will be promoted, rewarded, and paid in kind with our mutual success.
