A sophisticated boutique entertainment litigation firm in Santa Monica, specializing in intellectual property and the entertainment industry, is seeking a highly motivated junior associate with at least 3-5 YEARS of solid TAX LITIGATION experience, although scope of work will broader than tax litigation. The firm has extremely high profile cases involving famous entertainment clients and interesting legal matters and issues.
Financial accounting and business acumen a plus for this position.
Candidates must have extensive litigation experience in both Federal and California courts, very strong writing skills and high academic credentials from a top-tier law school. The firm offers competitive salaries, and a bonus program. Journal experience and judicial clerkship are a plus. (No phone inquires please).
