Associate Producer / Production Coordinator
Part Time Job
Looking for a jack of all trades for production company in Venice, specializing in broadcast spots and content for the web, with high end film, tv, and commercial directors.
This is a flexible position that will go from 24-40 hours a week, or more, depending on work and projects pitching and/or in production.
Job responsibilities include:
*Pulling images and doing layouts for project pitches
*General office management (small office)
*Supporting freelance production teams with production protocol
*Researching DPs, Production Designers, Casting Directors, Location Scouts, and Freelance Producers, and holding them for projects
*Researching directors for projects
*Helping with project wraps and actualizations
*Working directly with the Executive Producer
Software knowledge/experience you must have to be be considered:
*Three years on Adobe In-Design
*Three years on Final Cut Pro
*Three years on WordPress
Looking for a minimum of 2 years of relevant job experience in the film/tv/advertising industry. Film, Writing, or art School degree at the College Level. If you do not have all of this, please do not apply.
The ideal candidate wants to eventually become a creative, experienced producer or executive producer, and run their own company. There will be lots of direct interaction from an industry veteran and with high profile directors. Confidentiality and discretion is a must.
$15/hr to start.
