TV personality & reality television producer in the relationships/lifestyle space seeks Creative Assistant/Associate Producer for Podcast and Production Company.
Duties include:
• Booking podcast guests
• Running the audio board and contributing to live broadcasts on air (will train on equipment)
• Researching and/or pre-interviewing guests
• Writing weekly show outline/script
• Writing, editing, and scheduling show notes and blog posts
• Seeking out other blogs/podcasts for content collaborations
• Social media scheduling and the primary liaison to the rest of the social media team
• Some administrative tasks like post-office runs, bill payment, returning calls, etc.
• Basic audio editing occasionally may be required
• Proofreading/editing written TV pitch materials
• Technical proficiency or a willingness to learn needed for the following programs or equivalent programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (and Google Suite equivalents), WordPress, Canva, PicMonkey (or alternative photo editor), Hootsuite, YouTube, Trello, Adobe Audition, Adobe Photoshop and Active Campaign
Works 15-20 hours/ week, ideally out of our Hollywood location 1-2 days per week and the rest of the week from home. Enthusiastic and qualified remote candidates will be considered. This role requires that you have a working computer.
