Contract Attorney or PT Associate - FT Hire Potential
Boutique transactional music entertainment law firm seeking an attorney with a minimum of one year of experience working for a firm or in-house representing music artists, producers, songwriters, publishing companies and/or record labels. Definite potential to turn into full time employment.
Must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, passionate and be able to work independently and flexibly within the needs of the firm. Familiarity with common industry legal documents is essential (i.e. producer agreements, side artist agreements, synchronization licenses, sample use licenses, music publishing agreements and recording agreements). While continued training can and will be provided, the right candidate would be able to dive into some standard work from the start, already having the basic foundation.
Relevant entertainment experience is required for consideration. Ability to work remotely. Salary commensurate with experience.
