Overview
The ideal Personal/Executive Assistant is a super-organized, detail-oriented, problem-solving professional who will be a reliable source of support. The PA will handle sensitive and confidential information, organize physical materials and digital content, manage scheduling, occasionally interact with vendors and perform some light bookkeeping and bill paying.
Initially, the PA will work both in the Executive's residence and remotely from their home; then occasionally from company offices in West Los Angeles.
Responsibilities
- Develop a system of WFH organization, including filing cabinets and online files
- Organize 50+ assorted media assets using outside media transfer services
- Organize and scan personal archives
- Assist with utilizing different computer systems and support with computer efficiency
- Manage calendar, schedule meetings, as needed
- Ensure bookkeeping is accurate and bills are paid timely and accurately
- Provide regular updates on progress of projects
Requirements / Preferences
- Flexible schedule
- Strong work ethic and personable, professional conduct
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping programs
- Proficient use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Some travel to Burbank and West Los Angeles
