Our growing talent management company represents multi-hyphenate actors, writers, directors and their projects.
The main work location for the Los Angeles team is a cozy & brightly sunlit space partially connected to a home in Mandeville Canyon (sweet dog on premises). Best suited to those with a reliable car. Hours are 10-7pm Monday - Friday.
The LA team itself is made up of a warm, collaborative, fun group of 4 women who work hard, support each other and expect a lot. Our small but busy office is usually popping with energy and we manage a ton of different personalities. We strive for a grounded, positive, trustworthy and diplomatic learning culture that leaves room for individuality and humor.

SKILLS:
Databases - inEntertainment
Submission Sites - Breakdown Express, Casting Networks / LA Casting, Casting Frontier
Digital File Management - G-Suite, Dropbox, Vimeo
Communications - Light phones, heavy emails in multiple e-mailboxes in (Mail is mail client), Text / Messenger
Software & Hardware - MS Office Suite on Mac (Word & Excel especially), Macs, HP & Epson Printers, Image Capture for scanning, PDF Pen
Social Media - Facebook, FB Business Page post scheduling, Twitter, Twittimer post scheduling, Instagram, Repost
Very light Bookkeeping - Good with excel math functions & calculator. Quickbooks is a plus for growth in our business affairs.
In a nutshell, you will be tasked to keep the office communications, processes and systems running efficiently (with aforementioned tools) for our tight-knit team so there will be no balls dropped in our constantly juggling office.
This is potentially a dynamic growth position for someone who is looking to build a long career with upward mobility in a quietly rising company. Long-term loyalty is rewarded.
