High profile management co in Beverly Hills seeks experienced assistant to talent manager/partner/producer. Extremely high-volume desk serving A-List actors/writers/directors. Need someone who is fast, can multi-task, pay attention to details, communicate effectively, and keep a calm demeanor under pressure. Works with clients in film, television, music, fashion, and commercial endorsements.
Duties include, but aren't limited to:
• Maintain busy calendar
• Schedule appointments
• Handle heavy phones
• Roll calls
• Coordinate travel
• Prepare detailed itineraries
• Interface with high-profile clients and top industry executives
• Handle client submissions and the coordination of client schedules
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow-through in a timely manner
• Maintain files and records
• Update client materials
• Read scripts and write coverage
• Log incoming submissions
• Update project grids
Agency, mgmt co. or PR experience required. Must have thick skin! Great opportunity for the right candidate.
