Full Time Job
A busy LA-based television and feature production company is looking for a full time assistant to the President of Development & Production. We are a small company with a big slate that is seeking a hardworking and dedicated new team member.
Duties will include but are not limited to: scheduling meetings, rolling calls, covering scripts, greeting guests, taking notes, booking & coordinating travel, updating submission grids & company documents, overseeing the company internship program, & performing general office management responsibilities. Some personal tasks may also be required. This assistant will also be asked to occasionally lend a hand to the company's creative executives.
The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, friendly, trustworthy and ambitious. The ability to multitask, problem-solve, change gears quickly, and prioritize accurately under pressure is a must. We are looking for someone to make a two year commitment.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience on a desk at an agency, management company, studio or production company is required.
- Technical skills: G-Suite, Dropbox, Skype, Final Draft
