We are a Staffing Agency looking for an Assistant to a Human Resource Executive for our client an Entertainment Company. This is an in person role and the candidate must be local to Los Angeles.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Scheduling and calendar management
Keeping phone logs and rolling calls
Book domestic and international travel
Prepare detailed itineraries
Respond to general human resources service requests and issues in a timely manner
Assist with new hire and consultant on-boarding
Attend meetings
Special Projects and assist with employee events
Perform other duties as needed
Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and Outlook
Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience and one (1) year of experience in human resources
Excellent written and communication skills
Detail oriented
Customer-service oriented with the ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to organize and prioritize workload in order to meet deadlines
Excellent problem solving skills
Able to keep sensitive information confidential
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Adaptable to fast-paced environment
Experience using Workday and Asana or similar database systems is preferred
