Entertainment Event Company Founder seeking Personal/Executive Assistant (Mid City)
The founder of an entertainment event company is looking for an assistant to join their small team and be the true gatekeeper and right hand. This company specializes in music event production and requires a candidate with strong experience within the music industry. On the executive side, the founder requires an assistant who has experience managing a heavy email inbox, scheduling meetings, interfacing with clients, assisting with special projects, running expenses and other duties as assigned. On the personal side, they need assistance running personal errands, doing research, and more.
They are looking for someone who is extremely organized, with a sales mentality who doesn't take no for an answer, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to multitask, and the flexibility to handle any last minute requests. This role also requires experience in the following areas: photography, photo/video/music editing, flyer graphics, talent booking, and someone who is active in the night life scene. This is a full time role but since it's in the event sector there will be busy seasons followed by slower seasons. The role will be in office 2-3 times a week and the rest will be remote or with the founder at their home. Weekend availability is also needed (when the founder has events, etc). We need someone with impeccable follow through, who works quickly and efficiently, strong tech skills, with the desire to create and implement structure.
Compensation is $50,000 depending on experience.
