Accomplished boutique production company looking for a rock-star assistant to support the Director and his Producer/Partner. Seeking a fun spirited, yet super detailed and razor organized EA to join this team amazing teaming the midst of making a movie! GREAT opportunity to see movie being made from production/post to marketing and distribution. REALLY fun but hard working team! You must be a team player with a can-do attitude who doesn't take no for an answer and has thick skin. Intuitive ability to anticipate needs before they are asked of you. Multi-tasker who thrives under pressure in a fast-paced, unique work environment. Offices are based in Burbank, and while movie is shooting will be based out of the Cahuenga corridor (near Barham). Up to 60K DOE plus benefits and 2-weeks vacation. Start Date: Remotely will start right after July 4th - ''with in'' office'' hoping to occur by late July. All Covid measures will be taken into effect.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Manage busy calendar, phones and travel
•Manage office - you are the gateway!
•Handle business and personal related runs, shopping, gifts, etc.
•Prepare materials prior to meetings and pitches
•Attend meetings upon request to take notes and follow-up on action items
•Expense Reports
•Liaison with production staff
•Keep track of all show related information, development grids, submission grids, etc
•Manage internship program
•Plan any company and personal events, dinners, meetings, etc
•Handle sensitive information in a strict confidential manner
Requirements:
•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years experience
•1-2 years relevant experience at a production company, network, agency or similar
•Polished verbal & written communication skills
•Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
•Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
* 2 year commitment
