Assistant to the CEO of a top Movie Production Company.
Pay: $17.60/hour with paid OT and full benefits
Hours: M-F 9am to 6pm in office in Studio City.
This is a very busy desk with primary responsibilities that include phones, heavy scheduling, lots of reading, research and minimal personal duties. There is a second assistant who handles most of the personal. Candidates must have at least one year of experience at an agency, management or production company desk, and have a genuine passion for film and television. The role demands qualified individuals who are dynamic, motivated team players, with good communication and interpersonal skills. Lots of career growth potential!
Requirements
Background in entertainment finance
2+ years stable assistant experience, with at least 1-year executive experience preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to draft correspondences and other communications quickly with minimum direction.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
Curiosity and a constant interest in learning
Excellent judgment, discretion, and diplomacy
A high level of energy and enthusiasm
4-year degree or equivalent experience
