Boutique talent agency has an immediate opening for a skilled and highly motivated individual seeking an Assistant position supporting one of our talent agents. Administrative responsibilities include schedule appointments, manage rolling calls, draft letters, maintaining call sheets, and databases as well as client support. To be considered, candidates must have excellent verbal and written communications skills, be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage shifting priorities in a fast paced environment. Meeting deadlines is crucial to success in this position. We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated, dedicated and eager individual with an upbeat personality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PC and Mac a must. The position requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or University.
