We are a digital media company, who works with major studio clients to prepare their media for digital release. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner and can adapt to shifting procedures and responsibilities. The ideal candidate understands that no job is too little and has a good attitude.
We are looking to add a member to our team whose primary responsibilities include:
- Tracking incoming digital content
- Moving files to appropriate departments
- Ensuring all corresponding content is properly linked to our tracking system (''The Portal'')
- Logging orders
- Understanding internal workflows and each team's responsibilities
- Assisting with organizational and project related tasks, as needed
- Reviewing metadata
- Good understanding of different video frame rates
- Understands different aspect ratios for HD and SD, NTSC/PAL/HD
- Can identify and conform 5.1 and stereo mixes
- Can identify video issues such as interlacing and aliasing
- Can identify audio issues such as phasing and out of sync audio and can perform manual audio syncing with reels and frame rate changes
*** Fluency in written Korean a huge plus
Software requirements:
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere - can conduct simple edits in Premiere, such as using a garbage matte to remove websites and making cuts to remove content
- Proficient in Photoshop
- Experience with QuickTime 7 - assigning audio channels and can identify video/audio specs within QuickTime
