I'm looking for someone who knows budgeting for animation backwards and forwards.
I've got a twisted, darkly comic animated pilot script.
I want to know what it would cost for a trailer/sizzle reel, probably not longer than two minutes.
After a phone interview, I'd send along a nondisclosure agreement, followed by the full script. We'd then go over it to decide which scenes to include in the potential trailer. Again, someone who knows what this would cost and how long such a trailer might take to produce are the key ingredients at this point.
Once I've got that estimate, I'll be looking for an animator with a distinctive style; one that stands out much the same way as The Simpsons, Archer, South Park, Rick and Morty etc.
The script features some very well-known individuals so they have to be recognizable and at the same time distinctive.
Thanks for checking out my posting.
