Talent Agency in West Los Angeles is seeking an Assistant to a Voice Over Agent specific to Promo/Trailer/Narration work.
Full time 9:30am-6:30pm Monday-Friday, no weekends. Salary is $15.00 per hour . Must have one year of related work experience.

This job has tremendous growth potential for someone who has aspirations of becoming an agent, or is hungry to learn about the workings of the entertainment and advertising industries. Candidates must possess understanding of the casting process and the ability to make submissions, appointments, be organized and have excellent oral/written communication skills; be willing to learn and take direction, have the ability to multitask, work well w/top actors, be thick-skinned, and discretion with client affairs is a must. Knowledge of PC computers w/Windows programs required. Applicants with experience using the In Entertainment computer program preferred. Responsibilities include: project tracking, submissions, scheduling of clients, reading actors on audition materials, organizing agent's calls and correspondence, client relations, heavy telephone and email, and generating/tracking invoices to ensure proper and prompt payment. Knowledge of voice recording equipment welcome but not required (this is not a position for an audio engineer). Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply. Full time, starter salary and benefits.
