Full Time Job
Renowned entertainment company in Century City is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to Executives. This is a highly visible position within the company. This is not a Production position.
Essential duties entail:
- Managing busy calendars, scheduling, booking travel plans, etc.
- Liaising with internal and external clients.
- Serving as first point of contact for Executives.
- Event planning, project management.
- Reporting, expense reports, PowerPoint presentations.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- Daily administrative support.
Skills required:
- Must be extremely organized, able to multitask and poses excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to handle confidential information and interact with high level executives.
- BA degree preferred.
