How do I hire an Administrative Assistant/Office Floater? Century City Entertainment Law Firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Office Floater.
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience working at a law firm, studio and or agency.
Ability to fill in for an assistant that is out of the office. Duties included: rolling calls; maintaining attorney's calendar/schedule; composing correspondence; general assistant duties. When not filling in for an assistant, other duties include but are not limited to working in our file room, assisting at reception and general office responsibilities.
